Photography Permit

We require a photography permit and reservation for taking photos on our property. If you are booking our venue for events such as wedding, elopement, and workshop, a photography permit is already included in those packages. The photography permit and reservation we require here can only be used for NON-EVENT type of photography, such as engagement photos, family photos, maternity photos, portrait photos, and landscape photos.

We require 2 hours as minimum reservation. To ensure that you get the most out of your investment, we only take up to three reservations for the same time slot. The check-in time is 15 minutes before your reservation time. We accept rescheduling due to weather condition without any additional fees as long as the rates are the same (i.e. change from weekday to weekday or change from weekends to weekends). However, the payment is final and non refundable.

Photography Permit Fees:

  • $200 for 1 hour or $350 for 2 hours. $100/hr for additional time.

  • Photographers who are interested in rental all day for mini sessions, a special rate will be offered. Please mention it in the Additional Message below.

  • 5 attendees maximum including the photographer. $25 for each additional attendee
